The Garrett Ace series is the world's best-selling line of metal detectors. The Ace 150 metal detector is famous for its incredibly easy operation and excellent depth detection (approximately 25 cm for a coin-sized target, up to 100 cm for very large targets).

Lightweight with easy operation

The Garrett 150 is very easy to use and lightweight (only 1.2 kg). This means your arms won't get tired as quickly while searching. The device offers excellent search performance and high sensitivity, even for the smallest targets.

Object identification

The Ace 150 metal detector features multi-segment object identification. As soon as the metal detector detects an object, a tone is heard, and a block appears below the segment bar at the top of the display. This tells you the type of metal, or rather, what metal it might be made of (e.g., iron). The Ace 150 also has three different audio tones. A low tone indicates iron, a medium tone indicates gold and other objects, and a high tone indicates silver or other highly conductive metals.

Sensitivity and discrimination adjustable

You can adjust the sensitivity yourself, allowing you to achieve greater depth performance. Discrimination is also adjustable. Using discrimination, you can easily exclude unwanted objects from the search.

Waterproof search coil

The Ace 150 has a waterproof search coil, but the display isn't. So, you can use the detector in shallow water as long as the display doesn't get wet. You should also protect the display with an electronics protector during a rain shower.

Reaction speed

This metal detector is particularly notable for its depth detection range and fast response speed. The latter is especially important when several targets are located adjacent to each other. Many metal detectors only give you a single signal. With the Ace 150, you'll notice that you can hear and see that there are multiple targets.

Good depth performance

The powerful, elliptical, waterproof 23 x 16.5 cm concentric search coil provides a good depth range. Up to 25 cm for coin-sized objects and up to 1 m for larger targets.
