The Minelab Equinox 700 is a high-quality metal detector featuring innovative multi-frequency technology (Multi-IQ+). You can choose between four different search frequencies (4 kHz, 5 kHz, 10 kHz, 15 kHz) or use all of them simultaneously for optimal detection. Lower frequencies (4 or 5 kHz) are more effective at locating deeper, larger targets, while higher frequencies offer increased sensitivity for smaller items like coins and gold nuggets.

The Equinox 700 features six customizable search modes: two each for parks, fields, and beaches. All settings can be saved to your preferences, so you always have the ideal configuration at hand.

The three-stage response speed lets you tailor the performance to different ground conditions. A low setting provides maximum depth, while a higher setting enables more precise signal separation on scrapped areas.

The ground balance can be adjusted both manually and automatically. With the practical tracking function, the device continuously adapts to the ground conditions.

Object identification is achieved via a conductivity indicator on the clear display. Iron is displayed with conductivity values ​​from -19 to 0, while values ​​from 1 to 99 represent non-ferrous and precious metals. The discrimination function filters out unwanted metals, such as iron nails. Thanks to the horseshoe button, you can easily turn iron discrimination on and off during the search. The pinpoint function makes precise location and recovery of objects child's play.

The Equinox 700 features a lightweight, adjustable-length carbon telescopic pole and is waterproof to a depth of 5 meters—perfect for searching in the water and on the beach. A vibration function in the handle ensures reliable tracking underwater.

It features a built-in speaker and Bluetooth connectivity. Wireless headphones are included. There's also a waterproof 3.5 mm jack for optional wired or underwater headphones. The volume can be conveniently adjusted via the control unit.

The Equinox 700 is ideally equipped for searching in poor lighting conditions: With a dimmable, red-illuminated display as well as coil and button illumination, effective searching is guaranteed even at dusk or at night.

The large 28 cm DD search coil (EQX 11) is included in delivery. A large 38 x 30 cm coil (EQX 15) and a small 15 cm search coil (EQX 6) are also available as accessories. The small coil is particularly suitable for searching in difficult areas or in water, where precise signal separation is required.

The Equinox 700 is software-updatable – future improvements can be easily installed via a USB cable.
