The XP Deus 2 metal detector is a revolutionary high-end detector. It is completely wireless, waterproof to 20 m, and features simultaneous multi-frequency detection with FMF® technology. This makes the Deus 2 a complete and highly popular metal detector for searching for gold and all other metals. Its extensive setting options make the Deus 2 the perfect choice for searching in all conceivable conditions—on land and even in water. Its uniquely low weight allows the user to hunt for several hours at a time. The XP brand originates from France, and all detectors are developed and manufactured directly in France.

FMF® (Fast Multi Frequency) technology

Because different search frequencies have different advantages and disadvantages, the Deus 2 combines seven individual frequencies with FMF® technology, leveraging them simultaneously to balance the disadvantages of each frequency while simultaneously leveraging all the advantages. This makes the Deus 2 ideal for searching for both small and large targets, whether deep underground or near the surface. This also ensures exceptional smoothness and maximizes the ability to filter out ferrous targets.

The individual frequencies of the multifrequency (4, 7, 15, 21, 28, 35 and 45 kHz) can also be used individually as single frequencies if required.

12 preset search modes

The Deus 2 offers the following 12 different search modes: General, Sensitive, Sensi.Vton, Fast, Park, Deep, Deus Mono, Gold Field, Relics, Dive, Beach, Beach Sens, Beach P, Fast 40. This allows for probing in any location, and the device offers readily available modes for all conditions. Of course, you can also save your own individual settings. Up to 12 user profiles are available for this purpose.

Completely wireless lightweight

A major advantage and unique selling point of the XP Deus 2 is the complete absence of cables. The control unit communicates wirelessly with the search coil, which offers a unique advantage: The control unit can be quickly removed from the handle and placed in a pocket, for example. This further reduces the weight of the Deus 2, making it one of the lightest metal detectors available. The various available headphones can also be quickly and wirelessly connected to the Deus 2.

Completely waterproof

The Deus 2 is a waterproof metal detector capable of detecting all metals in water up to 20 meters deep. For underwater metal detecting, the included XP Deus II underwater kit is required. Even in saltwater, the Deus 2 runs smoothly and withstands the minerals in the seabed that cause problems for many metal detectors. For optimal underwater detection results, XP offers the XP Deus II bone conduction headphones, which make the audio signals clearly audible even while diving.

The right variant for everyone

The Deus 2 offers a wide range of options. You can choose between three different search coils and three different wireless headphones. The Deus 2 can also be used without the control unit, with the wireless WS6 headphones acting as the control unit. Below, we explain the different packages and which one is right for you.

Deus 2 FMF® search coils for every search area

The 3 different search coils differ only in size, which, however, influences several search parameters:

The large 34 cm search coil (34 x 28 cm) offers the best search depth, making it recommended for searching for very deep objects. This size also offers the advantage of better area coverage, allowing large areas to be completely searched very quickly.

The medium-sized 28 cm search coil (28 x 28 cm) is the best choice for detectorists searching in a wide variety of locations. It has excellent search depth, is lighter than the large coil, and offers slightly better precision. Due to its smaller size, it is better suited for difficult search locations.

The small 22 cm search coil (22 x 22 cm) is the lightest Deus 2 search coil and offers the greatest freedom of movement. It offers greater precision and small-part sensitivity than the larger coils, making it perfect for searching in inaccessible areas, such as between trees and bushes. It has a slightly shallower search depth than the other coils, but excels in heavily littered areas due to its improved selectivity.

Wireless headphones for XP Deus 2

WS6 Headphones : The wireless WS6 headphones sit comfortably on the ears, allowing ambient noise to filter through. With the WS6, all Deus 2 settings can be adjusted directly on the headphones, allowing operation without the control unit. The left earpiece, with its control buttons and small display, can be detached from the rest of the headphones and attached to the metal detector handle in place of the control unit. The Deus 2 is therefore also available at a lower price in the WS6 Master package without the control unit.

WSA 2 Headphones : The WSA 2 headphones are also wireless and sit on the ears, but cannot be used to control the detector. Therefore, if the user wants to still hear ambient noise at a low level but isn't interested in controlling the device via headphones, the WSA 2 is the right choice.

WSA 2 XL Headphones : The wireless WSA 2 XL headphones are circumaural headphones that provide excellent isolation from ambient noise. They're the perfect choice for detectorists who want to focus entirely on the signal tones and block out everything else around them.
